This unit cleanly slices through onions, apples, and other pieces of produce of up to 4" in diameter. By using larger produce, you'll end up with more food product prepared in a shorter period of time, giving you more time for other tasks.

I purchased this product to slice large quantities of lemons. I used the lemons in vases as decoration for a wedding reception. It was perfect for what I used it for and it cut down on labor tremendously. I strongly recommend this product for fast and quality results.

        

this easy fruit or vegetable slicer is the best. I use this everyday and it doesn't take up time. I highly recommend this product if you want your food to be cut up fast.

        

This slicer makes a nice consistent cut incredibly fast...as long as the blades are fresh. Otherwise, it bruises the flesh. As with all slicers the biggest downside is clean up.

        

we like nemco products and we use this a lot . We cut a lot of onions. ITs USA made its a great piece for the price.

        

We use this product to slice limes in our restaurant. We use the limes to garnish our drinks so we might cut 4 or 5 cases of limes per week. This slicer makes the process really easy and safe! The amount of time we have saved is incredible, I extremely recommend this product!

Cuts my onions and tomatoes so easy. Just make sure 1/4" is right thickness for your food. I should have ordered thinner cut slicer. Otherwise, 5stars.
